Web Design Prices 2026: How Much Does a Corporate Website Cost?

In 2026, a professional corporate website in Turkey mostly falls in the 20,000–150,000 TL band; a ready-made theme starts from 5,000 TL, custom-designed corporate sites go up to 90,000–250,000 TL, and e-commerce ranges from 25,000 TL to 280,000 TL. Top-segment projects with custom design + custom software + AI integration + an admin panel and neuromarketing testing run 300,000–600,000 TL (our indicative range).

There is no single answer to "how much is a website?", because the price largely depends on scope. Two sites requested with the same sentence — one a five-page brochure, the other an e-commerce store with dozens of products — are entirely different jobs. The ranges below are market bands compiled from seven separate Turkish agency/guide price pages published in 2026 (sources below); they are not a quote, but a framework to set your expectations.

2026 web design prices (by project type)

The table below shows typical ranges compiled from publicly available agency/guide price pages. The gap between the low and high end is explained by whether the design is ready-made or custom, the number of pages/features and the integrations. The bands are chosen to reflect the intersection of multiple sources.

Typical build cost by project type (one-time, 2026)
Project typeTypical range (TL)
Ready-made theme / template setup5,000 – 35,000
Landing / single page5,000 – 50,000
Basic corporate (brochure) site20,000 – 75,000
Mid / professional corporate site60,000 – 150,000
Custom-designed corporate site90,000 – 250,000
E-commerce (ready-made package)25,000 – 80,000
E-commerce (professional / custom software)90,000 – 280,000+
Large corporate / custom portal / SaaS150,000 – 500,000+
Custom design + custom software + AI integration + admin panel + neuromarketing-tested site300,000 – 600,000
First eight rows: intersection bands from the (2026) price pages of onuroztr.com, net.com.tr, ttr.com.tr, edvido.com, atalay.ai and the edvido e-commerce price page. The last row (custom design/custom software/AI/neuromarketing) is not a market average but our indicative range for top-segment projects of this scope; the exact price is determined by scope.

Note: Some agencies announce a fixed, low starting price (e.g. some ready-made corporate packages start from ~6,400–15,000 TL). These figures usually cover a basic core; once add-on modules (gallery, blog, SEO, custom form) are priced separately, the total approaches the bands above. That is why "starting price" and "total project cost" are not the same thing.

Why such different prices for the same job? Freelancer, agency and experience

Much of the price difference comes from who does it, with what experience. Across the compiled sources, the rough trend by experience is: a practitioner with 2+ years quotes projects of ~20,000–50,000 TL, 5+ years ~50,000 TL and above, and teams with 10+ years quote projects starting from ~100,000 TL. Freelancers generally start lower; an agency prices in continuity and post-delivery responsibility. We compared which option suits you — including staffing cost — in our article Agency, Freelancer or In-house?.

Is there an official web design price schedule in Turkey?

The short answer is no. There is no binding or official price schedule for web design in Turkey; agency prices are unregulated. The "Advertisers' Association price list" that circulates online is actually a graphic design floor-price list (e.g. logo ~6,000 TL, logo + corporate identity ~15,000 TL) and does not cover building a website. That is why you should be cautious of any single source claiming "this is the official list"; we too present the bands in this article not as a schedule but as a market observation.

We anchor the price to two real anchors. The first is the intersection of the publicly available agency price pages above. The second, and more solid, is labor cost — specifically the salaries of the advertising/design sector that actually does this work. According to 2026 data, a graphic/digital designer's average net monthly salary is ~57,000 TL (Kariyer.net, data from 17,500+ people); at advertising and digital agencies, the senior designer/art director level rises to 100,000–150,000 TL per month and above. An employee's monthly cost to the employer — with social security and taxes — is significantly above these net figures. Since a project requiring custom design and custom software means several person-months of labor, it is clear from here why top-segment prices are expressed in the hundreds of thousands. The same anchor also explains where labor is cut in "very cheap" quotes: skilled labor is not cheap, and if it is cheap, something else has usually been cut (originality, testing, ownership, support).

E-commerce price: a breakdown by infrastructure

In e-commerce, the cost splits in two depending on the infrastructure you choose: a one-time setup and an ongoing monthly/yearly infrastructure fee. Ready-made SaaS platforms start fast and with low setup but you pay monthly; custom software is expensive up front but there is no monthly platform rent.

Cost by e-commerce infrastructure (2026)
InfrastructureSetup (TL)Ongoing cost
Ready-made SaaS package (local platforms)5,000 – 20,000~1,500 – 7,000 TL/month
(or ~39,000 – 79,000 TL/year)
WordPress + WooCommerce20,000 – 80,000~3,000 – 8,000 TL/month
Custom-software e-commerce100,000 – 500,000+~5,000 – 25,000 TL/month
Source: edvido.com e-commerce price page and atalay.ai (2026). Additional items: shipping/marketplace integration ~3,000–15,000 TL, product photography ~50–200 TL/product, product content ~30–100 TL/product.

The first-year total, by scenario: small business ~38,000–60,000 TL, mid-scale ~150,000–325,000 TL, large-scale can rise to ~510,000 TL and above. When deciding, you need to compare the total cost of ownership between "monthly infrastructure rent" and "one-time custom software".

Recurring costs: domain, hosting, maintenance

The cost of a website is not just the one-time build fee. There are ongoing items for as long as the site stays live; you need to factor these in from the start when setting the budget. Reading hosting correctly matters: shared hosting is a few thousand TL a year, whereas a VPS/VDS or managed server is paid monthly and is much higher.

Recurring (annual/monthly) costs (2026)
ItemTypical range
Domain (.com)300 – 700 TL / year
Domain (.com.tr)500 – 2,000 TL / year
Shared hosting1,000 – 3,000 TL / year
VPS / VDS / managed server500 – 5,000 TL / month
SSL certificate0 – 1,000 TL / year
Corporate email0 – 1,500 TL / year
Maintenance package (updates, security, backup)2,000 – 15,000 TL / month
Ongoing SEO (optional)5,000 – 50,000 TL / month
Source: evdsoft.com (annual fees) and onuroztr.com (2026). The core annual cost of a simple brochure site (domain + shared hosting + SSL + email) is most often in the ~2,500–5,000 TL/year band; maintenance and SEO are optional and rise as scope grows.

Top segment: custom design, custom software, AI integration and neuromarketing

The difference between a ready-made theme and the top segment is not merely "a nicer design". At the highest tier, the site is built like a product: brand-specific custom design from scratch, custom software written from scratch, a business-specific admin panel, working with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, payment, booking) and AI-assisted flows (smart search, recommendations, automated replies, content/assistant integration). On top of that, the interface is built around neuromarketing tests (attention, readability, conversion flow) rather than guesswork. Because this scope requires more analysis, design, development and testing labor, it falls in the 300,000–600,000 TL range. This is not a market average but our indicative range for such bespoke projects; the final price becomes clear with scope, and it should be viewed as a deeper investment rather than a guarantee of results.

What determines the price?

The way to understand the difference between two quotes is to compare each of the items below at the same scope on both sides:

  • Design: A ready-made theme, or an original design specific to your brand?
  • Scope: Number of pages, custom features, multilingual support, integrations (CRM, payment, booking).
  • Content: Who produces the text and visuals? Is photography/licensed imagery included?
  • Technical quality: Speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, SEO/GEO foundation.
  • Post-delivery: Training, support period, maintenance and ownership (do the domain + files pass to you?).

The hidden cost of cheap web design

A low price is not always bad; but you need to know where the cheapness comes from. The most common hidden costs: a domain/hosting that is not transferred to you (years of dependency), a non-original theme that looks the same as your competitors', pages that load slowly on mobile, an SEO/GEO foundation that was never set up, and support you cannot reach after delivery. Each of these comes back later as the cost of "a second project". To read the price correctly, we explained how to calculate value for money in a separate article: total cost of ownership + the time it saves + the business it brings.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest a website can be built for in 2026?

Setting up a ready-made theme/template and entering the content is the most economical route, and it is generally in the 5,000–35,000 TL band (a single-page landing can start from 5,000 TL). This option may be enough for a small brochure site; but when original design, custom features and scalability are needed, the cost goes up.

Why do a corporate website and an e-commerce site differ in price?

E-commerce requires additional modules such as product-category management, cart, payment/bank integration, stock and shipping. Because these modules increase both development time and testing load, e-commerce projects (in 2026 starting from ~25,000 TL for a ready-made package and able to exceed 280,000 TL for professional/custom solutions) are priced in a wider band than brochure corporate sites. Ready-made SaaS infrastructures also carry an ongoing cost of ~1,500–7,000 TL/month.

What is the annual cost (maintenance) of a website?

The core annual cost of a simple site (domain ~300–2,000 TL, shared hosting ~1,000–3,000 TL, SSL and email) is most often in the ~2,500–5,000 TL/year band. A managed server (VPS/VDS) can be ~500–5,000 TL/month, and an optional maintenance package ~2,000–15,000 TL/month; the scope of maintenance (updates, backups, security, content) determines the price.

Why are such different prices given for the same job?

The price depends on the originality of the design, the number of pages/features, who produces the content and visuals, the integrations, post-delivery support, the ownership of the site, and the practitioner's experience (2+ years ~20,000–50,000 TL, 10+ years quoting projects from ~100,000 TL). Two quotes can only be compared if they include the same scope; that is why you need to clarify scope before asking for a price.

When the site is finished, do the domain and files belong to me?

This depends on the contract and is the source of most disputes. It should be clearly written in the contract that the domain is registered in your name, that hosting and admin panel access are handed over to you, and that the source files are transferred. Ask about the delivery and ownership clause before you commission the work.

Why is a site with custom design, custom software, AI integration and neuromarketing testing 300,000–600,000 TL?

At this tier the site is not a ready-made theme but a product designed and coded from scratch specifically for your brand: original design, a business-specific admin panel, third-party and AI integrations, and an interface built around neuromarketing tests. Because the design, analysis, development and testing labor increases significantly, the price rises too. The range given is not a market average but our indicative range for bespoke projects of this scope; the final price becomes clear with scope.
